Booking Terms

Bookings and Payments:

1.  All bookings require a deposit of 25% of the total tour price, payable at the time of booking. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to the tour start date. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

2.  Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund, less a 10% administration fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days before the tour start date will result in a loss of the deposit. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date.

3. Changes to Itinerary: Any changes to the itinerary must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. A fee of 10% of the tour price will be charged for any changes made after the itinerary has been confirmed.

4.  Travel Documents and Insurance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas, and that they have adequate travel insurance for the duration of the tour.

5. Liability and Responsibility: African Golf and Travel and its employees  are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or delay that may occur during the tour. Clients participate in the tour at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

6.   Force Majeure: We reserve the right to cancel, change or delay the tour in the event of unforeseeable circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability or other events outside of our control. In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternative itinerary or refund the amount paid by the client.

7.  Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia and any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.

8.  Intellectual Property: All logos, images, and text used on our website or in promotional material are the property of our company and may not be used without our permission.

9.  Feedback and Reviews: We encourage clients to provide feedback and reviews of our tour services, and we reserve the right to use such feedback for promotional purposes.

10.  Other Terms: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By booking a tour with us, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
